Poulet cordon-bleu

Un plat classique composé de poulet, de jambon et de fromage, pané et cuit au four à la perfection.
Ingrédients
- 4 pieces Chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
- 4 slices Ham
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 pieces Eggs (beaten)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Pound the chicken breasts to about 1/4 inch thickness using a meat mallet.

Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each chicken breast. Roll up each breast, and secure with toothpicks.

Mix the flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Dredge each chicken roll in the flour mixture, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.

Place the chicken rolls in a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink and the juices run clear.

Remove toothpicks before serving.
