Œufs mimosa classiques

Cette recette classique d’œufs mimosa est simple et délicieuse !
Ingrédients
- 12 eggs
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)

*Put 12 eggs in a pot of water (making sure the water covers them completely).

*Bring to a fast boil for 5-6 minutes on medium high heat.

* Pour out the hot water and fill with cold water.

*Crack, peal, and cut each egg lengthwise in half.

*With a spoon, gently scoop out the yolks into a medium sized mixing bowl.

*Add 1/2 cup of mayonnaise and 1 tbsp of mustard to the yolks.

*Use an electric mixer to blend into an icing like consistency.

*Next scoop all of the yolk mixture into a Ziploc baggie and snip a very small triangle off the corner of the bottom of the bag to squeeze the mixture into your cut egg whites.

*Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
