Lemon Pudding Cake

Ingrédients

• 1 (15.25 oz) box lemon cake mix
• 1 3.4 oz box lemon instant pudding
• 4 large eggs
• 1/2 Cup Salad Oil* (vegetable oil, light olive oil, etc...)
• 1 Cup water

   Preheat oven to 450°

   Prepare a small tube (bundt) pan with grease

   In a large bowl, combine all ingredients thoroughly

   Pour into pan

   Bake at 450° for 20 minutes

   Reduce heat to 375° and bake an additional 15 minutes

   Allow to cool. Top with a vanilla or lemon frosting
