Pommes de terre nouvelles croustillantes et allégées

Des pommes de terre nouvelles croustillantes, précuites à l’eau puis rôties jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient bien dorées, avec des herbes, des épices et sans huile !
Ingrédients
- 1 kg / 2.2 lbs baby potatoes
- (optional) Low-cal olive oil spray*
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp dried mixed herbs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, to serve
