Saumon au soja et au sirop d’érable

Une marinade toute simple au sirop d’érable et au soja transforme le saumon en un plat sucré-salé que toute la famille adore. Prêt en 15 minutes et approuvé par les enfants, ce plat trouvera une place permanente dans vos menus de semaine.
Ingrédients
- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 pound salmon fillets (cut into 4 even pieces)

In a large bowl or 8x8 inch baking dish, whisk together the soy sauce, maple syrup, and orange juice until combined.

Add the salmon fillets flesh side down into the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

When ready to cook, position an oven rack in the middle of the oven and preheat the broiler to high.

Remove the salmon from the marinade and place skin side down on a foil-lined baking sheet.

Broil for 7 to 9 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the glaze is caramelized. Watch closely to prevent burning.
