Puff Pastry Apple Tart

Puff Pastry Apple Tart has a light, flaky crust topped with tender apple slices! Drizzle with caramel syrup and serve with vanilla ice cream.
Ingrédients
- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
- 3 Granny Smith apples (peeled, cored, and thinly sliced)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons apple pie spice
- 1 tablespoon cold butter (cut into small cubes)
- 2 tablespoons caramel syrup (optional)

Preheat the oven to 375˚F.

Place the puff pastry on a floured surface and roll it into a 10-inch square. Press it into a 9-inch tart pan.

Coat the apple slices with the brown sugar and apple pie spice. Working from the outside edge, arrange the apple slices in a circle.

Top with cubes of butter.

Place the tart pan on a rimmed baking sheet and bake it at 375˚F for 30-35 minutes.

Allow the apple tart to cool, and then remove the sides of the tart pan.
