Recette de sauce tartare

Cette sauce tartare maison, crémeuse et acidulée, est si facile à préparer que vous n'achèterez plus jamais de sauce toute faite ! Mon ingrédient secret : des asperges marinées à la place des simples cornichons. La saveur de cette sauce tartare est incroyable. Une recette indispensable pour toute friture de poisson !
Ingrédients
- 1/4 cup plus 1 Tablespoon (74g) mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup (60g) pickled asparagus, finely chopped
- 1 Tablespoon dill pickles, finely chopped, (or dill relish)
- 7 slices pickled jalapeno, finely chopped (*optional)
- 1 Tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped ((substitute: parsley))
- 1 teaspoon capers, finely chopped or mashed
- 1 (22g) green onion, finely chopped ((substitute: shallot, or chives))
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- pinch salt & pepper, to taste

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until well combined. Alternatively, add all pickled ingredients, garlic, and herbs into a food processor until well minced, 15-30 seconds, and add mayo, sour cream, and remaining ingredients pulse until well combined.

Cover the sauce bowl with plastic wrap or airtight lid. Let chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or longer to marinate. Sauce is best served cold.
