Chicken Caesar Wraps are an easy and tasty meal. Juicy chicken, fresh lettuce, and ripe tomatoes get wrapped up in a soft tortilla with creamy Caesar dressing. Topped with Parmesan and croutons, they're perfect for a quick lunch or dinner!
Ingrédients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
- 2 medium tomatoes (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (plus more for drizzling)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 cup croutons (lightly crushed)
- lemon wedges (for serving)
Préparation
- 1
Prepare the Chicken:: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Let it cool slightly, then slice into small pieces.
- 2
Warm the Tortillas:: Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave briefly to make them pliable.
- 3
Assemble the Wraps:: Spread a layer of Caesar dressing over each tortilla. Sprinkle the chopped tomatoes evenly over the chicken. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and add the crushed croutons for crunch.
- 4
Roll the Wraps:: Carefully roll each tortilla, tucking in the sides to form a wrap. Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve with lemon wedges and extra Caesar dressing on the side.
