Pommes de terre croustillantes au parmesan
Ingrédients
- 1 pound mini Yukon gold potatoes (halved)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 1/2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Wash potatoes and cut them in half. Using a sharp knife, score them into a diamond shape.

Toss potatoes with olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

In a bowl, mix grated Parmesan with melted butter until a thick paste forms.

Spread the Parmesan mixture evenly onto a large baking dish.

Press each potato half, cut-side down, into the cheese mixture.

Bake for 25-26 minutes until golden and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes to allow the cheese to harden.

Use a spatula if needed to remove from the pan, break into pieces, and enjoy!
