Bouchées de saumon, 3 façons, avec sauce à tremper

Ces bouchées de saumon croustillantes sont irrésistibles. Elles sont tendres, feuilletées et savoureuses. J’en prépare depuis quelques semaines et je les adore. Vraiment, certains iront jusqu’à lécher le fond de la poêle après le dîner, alors méfiez-vous !
Ingrédients
- 1 pound salmon (center-cut skin/skinless cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2-3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 3 to 4 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice ( or apple cider vinegar)
- 1 clove garlic (pressed or minced)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and black pepper (or add to taste)

In a large bowl, add the fish, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, cayenne pepper, oregano, salt, and pepper to the fish and toss to coat.

Set your oven broiler on high.

Lay the seasoned fish on a foil-lined baking sheet

Broil for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Preheat a cast iron skillet or a non-stick cooking pan over medium-high heat.

Add the seasoned salmon and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on the first side and another two to 3 minutes on the second side.

Place the seasoned salmon fish into the basket of your air fryer.

Cook at 400F for 5 to 6 minutes or until fully cooked.
