Maple-Thyme Roasted Brussels Sprouts

These low-sodium roasted Brussels sprouts are a simple, flavorful side dish. Roasting brings out their natural sweetness, while maple syrup and thyme add a flavor boost.

- sugar-free maple-type syrup 1.50 tsp

Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts. Add them to a medium bowl.
