Riz frit thaïlandais

Si vous aimez le riz frit, pourquoi ne pas lui donner une touche thaïlandaise ? Ce riz frit thaïlandais est assaisonné de sauce de poisson et servi avec un quartier de citron vert et du concombre, pour une variante originale de ce que l’on imagine habituellement en entendant « riz frit ».
Ingrédients
- 1 Tbsp peanut oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red chili, chopped (Serrano or Thai if you like it hot, seeded red jalapeno if you like it mild)
- 1/4 lb chicken, shrimp, crab, or pork, chopped into bite sized pieces
- 2 c cooked jasmine rice, (at room temperature)
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1/2 red pepper, diced
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tomato, sliced thin
- 1 egg
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 1 handful fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 tsp ground white pepper, (optional)
