Œufs verts pauvres en glucides, sans jambon : épinards crémeux à la feta et aux œufs

Un plat facile prêt en 15 minutes. Servez-le au brunch, au déjeuner ou au dîner. Il est délicieux avec du pain grillé ou tel quel.
Ingrédients

- 3 handfuls baby spinach leaves, roughly chopped
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1 tablespoon crumbled feta cheese, or more
- 2-3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- Pinch of grated nutmeg
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 eggs
- Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
