Ingrédients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 12 ounces vegan whipped cream (store bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 small box vanilla instant pudding
  • 2 sticks vegan butter (1 cup, room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons pineapple extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt

    Prep: Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a 9x13 cake pan with nonstick spray.

    Cream: In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
