Riz frit ultra facile aux légumes surgelés

C’est le riz frit le plus facile à préparer avec du riz restant et des légumes surgelés. C’est un repas rapide et adaptable à la poêle, prêt en environ 15 minutes — parfait pour les soirs chargés où l’on n’a pas envie de trop réfléchir au dîner.
Ingrédients
- 1/2 lb protein of choice (chicken, shrimp, pork, tofu, deli meat, or leftover cooked protein), diced into bite-sized pieces
- 2–3 tablespoons cooking oil or fat of choice, divided
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (any blend works)
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups cooked rice (cold, leftover rice works best)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
