Ingrédients

  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 to 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine ( or broth)
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt (or add to taste)
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes (or to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1-1/2 pounds large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1/4 cup parsley (chopped )
  • 2 tablespoons Freshly squeezed lemon juice

Préparation

    Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel and set aside.

    Melt butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Then add the garlic and sauté for 30 seconds to 1 minute until fragrant it begins to brown lightly on the edges.

    Stir in the white wine or broth, salt, red pepper flakes, and black pepper. Increase the heat to high and boil the wine until it reduces by half, about two minutes.

    Add the shrimp and cook until just pink, approximately 2 to 4 minutes.

    Add the parsley and lemon juice. Stir and remove from heat.
