Salade espagnole de pommes de terre

En général, quand on parle de salade, on imagine un bol rempli de laitue et, si l’on n’aime pas les légumes, on n’est peut-être pas très enthousiaste à l’idée d’en manger. Heureusement, la salade espagnole de pommes de terre, également appelée ensaladilla rusa, échappe à cette règle. C’est un plat délicieux, prêt en moins d’une heure, que tout le monde aime.

- 2 cans (200g) tuna in oil
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or to taste)

- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley.
