Crumble croustillant aux pommes et à l’avoine

Vous aimez les desserts faciles à préparer ? Comme ce crumble croustillant aux pommes et à l’avoine, qui ne demande que 5 minutes de préparation et 10 minutes pour dorer et rendre le dessus croustillant. C’est vraiment un dessert incroyablement rapide à préparer.
Ingrédients
- 1 can / 385g pie apples or 3 medium fresh apples (peeled, cored and chopped)
- 1/4 cup apricot jam
- 2 Tbsp apple juice
- 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered cinnamon
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup all purpose / cake flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter (cut into pieces)

Drain the apples and mix in the apricot jam and apple juice and raisins if using OR

If you are using fresh apples, peel the apples, remove the seeds and chop it up roughly. Then place in a small pot with the jam, apple juice, cinnamon and raisins if using. Cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes until soft.

Arrange in 4 individual ramekins or four cups.

Mix the oats, flour and sugar and rub in the butter OR margarine using your fingertips.

Top the apples with the oat mixture, dot with butter and bake at 180ºC for about 10 minutes until golden brown.

Serve with whipped cream and dusted powdered cinnamon.
