Ground Chicken Spaghetti Recipe

This is quick and easy ground chicken spaghetti recipe. It is perfect for busy nights and a flavorful, satisfying meal.

- 5 oz dry pasta
- 7 cup water (Boil spaghetti)
- 1 1/2 cup pasta water (Boiled pasta water)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup finely chopped onion (yellow)
- 1 cup diced tomato
- 9 oz ground chicken
- 1/2 tbsp salt (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp minced garlic

Boil water in the pot. Add spaghetti to boiling water and let them cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

After the spaghetti is fully cooked, place it in a colander to drain the excess water.

Next, add the oil to a pan over medium heat.

Once hot, add the chopped onions to the pan. Sauté onion until it becomes translucent.

Once the onions are sauteed, add butter and cook everything well.

Next, add the ground chicken to the pan and cook it until it's thoroughly cooked. (5-6 mins on medium heat)

Next, add the minced garlic and parika to the pan. Combine well and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.

Add the diced tomato to the skillet. Stir well to combine the diced tomato with the chicken.

Add a cup of pasta water. Cover the lid and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes. Once the sauce starts simmering, season it with salt and pepper. Mix well until fully combined

Add the boiled spaghetti to the pan, tossing it with the sauce. Continue to cook for a few more minutes, allowing the spaghetti to absorb the flavors of the sauce.

Finally, garnish it with your favorite herbs or some grated cheese for an extra layer of flavor and serve hot.
