Wrap au tofu effiloché façon barbecue

Ces wraps colorés offrent un équilibre parfait de textures et de saveurs : le tofu est râpé, ce qui lui donne une texture unique. Il est ensuite cuit avec du paprika fumé et de la sauce barbecue, pour accompagner à merveille le chou croquant et le maïs doux. N’oubliez pas la mayonnaise au chipotle : elle fait passer ces wraps au niveau supérieur !
Ingrédients
- 15.873 oz firm tofu
- 4 large soft flour tortilla
- 1/2 cup canned corn
- 1 1/2 cup spinach
- 1/3 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 garlic clove
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika powder
- 1/3 cup long-grain white rice
- 1 stalk green onion
- 1 1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1/3 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp chipotle adobo sauce

Cook the rice according to the package instructions. When done, fluff and set it aside.

Next, grate the tofu into large shreds.

Drizzle the oil in a sauté pan over medium-high heat. When hot, add the tofu, garlic, and smoked paprika. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes.

Then add the BBQ sauce. Cook for another 1 to 2 minutes and take it off the heat.

Assemble the wraps with cooked rice in the middle, then topping it with the tofu, spinach, cabbage, corn, and green onion.

Wrap it up and toast it in a grill pan if desired.

Mix the sauce in a small bowl and serve it along with the wraps. Enjoy!
