Riz parfumé au gingembre

Ce riz accompagne à merveille toutes sortes de plats principaux d’inspiration asiatique ! Le gingembre frais est indispensable, mais si vous n’en avez pas, vous pouvez probablement vous en sortir avec 1 à 2 cuillères à café de gingembre moulu.
Ingrédients
- 1 3-inch by 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 1 Tablesoon butter or ghee
- 1 teaspoon coarse Kosher salt
