Baked Salmon with Creamy Yogurt Dill Sauce

- 1 lemon (zested and juiced)

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/3 teaspoon black pepper

Prep: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Lightly brush both sides of the salmon with oil. Salt and pepper the top. Place in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
