  • 2 scallions, cut in to 1-2 inch length
  • 1 lb fish, (I am using 2 8-oz cod filets)
  • 1 inch of ginger, julienned
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp rice wine
  • 3 tbsp light soy sauce
