Grilled Turkey And Cheese Sandwich

- 2 oz bread (2 slices, any type)
- 2 oz sharp cheddar cheese (2 slices)
- 2 oz turkey (2 slices)

Lay out a slice of bread in the skillet. Use a pastry brush to spread melted butter all over the slice.

Flip the slice of bread over in the skillet. Layer a slice of cheese, two slices of turkey, and another slice of cheese. Top with another piece of bread to complete the sandwich. Spread butter on the top slice of bread.

Heat the skillet to high. Once the butter starts sizzling, reduce the heat to medium.

Cook the sandwich for 1 minute or until the bread slice on the bottom is browned. Flip the sandwich and cook it for another 2-3 mins or until grilled cheese is done to your liking.

Turn off the heat and move the skillet off the hot burner. Use a spatula to move the sandwich to a serving plate.
