Cilantro Lime Rice is an easy, healthier version of Chipotle's, and is bursting with fresh lime and cilantro flavor. Serve in burrito bowls or as a side dish!
Ingrédients
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup long grain white rice

- 3/4 teaspoon sea salt (or to taste)
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 1 1/2 limes)
- 1/4 cup freshly chopped cilantro
Préparation

Cook the rice: Heat the oil in medium sauce pan over medium heat. Add the rice and cook, stirring often, for 2-3 minutes or until lightly golden. Add the salt and water, and bring to a boil. Cover and reduce the heat to medium low and simmer for 20 minutes. When the rice is done, remove from heat and let stand covered for 10 minutes.
