Chicken Caesar Sandwich

Ingrédients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt & Pepper
- 10 oz Caesar Salad Kit
- 6 sub rolls
- 1 Tablespoon butter

In a shallow bowl, mix flour, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, and salt & pepper.

Cut each chicken breast into 3 pieces, place between two sheets of plastic wrap, and pound to 1/4-inch thickness.

Press each piece of chicken into the coat mixture until evenly coated on both sides.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add half the chicken pieces and cook for 3–4 minutes on one side until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes until golden and the chicken is cooked through (165º F)

Lightly spread the butter on the inside of each sub roll. Lightly toast in the oven or a toaster oven.

Meanwhile toss together the salad kit using the ingredients included, until the lettuce is well coated.

Divide the salad mixture onto the toasted sub rolls. Top with a cooked piece of chicken. Top with more Parmesan cheese if desired. Place on the top bun to serve.
