- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme (chopped)

Preheat Oven:: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Sear the Pork:: Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper. In an ovenproof skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the pork and sear until all sides are browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Make the Glaze:: In a bowl, mix together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, and thyme.

Glaze the Pork:: Brush the pork with half of the maple syrup mixture.

Roast:: Place the skillet in the preheated oven and roast for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145°F (63°C). Halfway through, brush the pork with the remaining glaze.

Rest and Serve:: Let the pork rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Serve with the glaze from the skillet drizzled over the top.
