Ailes de poulet au four

Des ailes de poulet croustillantes au four, enrobées d’un mélange sec sucré et fumé. Cuites au four, sans friture, elles sont prêtes en 1 heure. Parfaites pour les jours de match.
Ingrédients
- 3-4 lbs chicken wings
- 3 - 4 tablespoons of dry spice rub ((ingredients below))
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Cooking spray
- Chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnish)
- 3 Tablespoon light brown sugar (packed)
- 1/2 Tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 Tablespoon onion powder
- 1/2 Tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 Tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 3/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil and place an oven safe rack on top of the foil. Coat the rack with cooking spray.

Mix all the dry spice rub ingredients in a small bowl.

Pat dry chicken wings with a paper towel and place the chicken wings in a large bowl along with the oil and toss to coat evenly.

Add the spice rub and baking powder to the bowl. Toss the wings with the spice rub and baking powder until they're coated.

Arrange the chicken wings in a single layer on the rack.

Bake for 45 minutes or until crispy, golden brown, and cooked through. Top with parsley, then serve.
