Delicious Over-Hard Eggs

Cook flawless Over-Hard Eggs in just 7 minutes! This recipe guarantees firm yolks, crisp edges, & a satisfying breakfast. Perfect your technique.
Ingrédients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 fresh eggs
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Préparation
- 1
Heat butter: Heat the butter in a nonstick pan or a cast-iron skillet over medium-low heat until it melts and foams.
- 2
Crack eggs: Crack the eggs into the pan. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- 3
Cook whites: Let the eggs cook undisturbed for 2–3 minutes, until the whites have set and look fully opaque.
- 4
Flip eggs: Carefully flip each egg with a thin spatula. As soon as you flip, gently break each yolk with the spatula’s edge, pressing it down so it spreads beneath the white.
- 5
Cook firm: Cook for another 2–3 minutes, until both the yolks and whites are firm and the edges are a little crisp.
- 6
Serve: Remove the eggs from the pan and serve immediately.
