Saumon glacé au teriyaki à la poêle

Cette recette de saumon glacé au teriyaki est un plat facile et délicieux, préparé dans une seule poêle ! Avec une sauce teriyaki maison, puis cuit au four sur une plaque avec du brocoli et des carottes, il donne un dîner au saumon exceptionnel !
Ingrédients
- 1 1/2 lbs of fresh salmon
- 1 cup baby carrots
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 onion
- 4 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tsp Simply Asia Sweet Ginger Garlic Seasoning
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 1 tsp water

Cut Salmon into 2" chunks.

Whisk together the Teriyaki sauce ingredients except for the cornstarch and water. Set aside.

Finely grate the onion into a large bowl; add the salmon chunks and half of the teriyaki sauce. Toss until salmon pieces are fully coated; marinade for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 420 degrees F. Line a baking pan with aluminum foil; arrange the fish and veggies pouring the marinade the fish was in over the veggies. Bake for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile in a small saucepan, heat the remaining glaze over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Mix together the cornstarch and water and pour into the teriyaki sauce. Stir until slightly thickened. Remove from heat. Glaze salmon fillets before serving and enjoy cold or hot.
