Hamburguesa de pollo fiesta

In a medium bowl, using clean hands, combine the ground chicken or turkey, breadcrumbs, seasoned salt, chili powder, cayenne pepperAmount¼ tspIngredientground cayenne pepper, and garlic. Divide and shape the mixture into 4 equal patties. Refrigerate until ready to cook.

Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill, or warm the oil in the grill pan, add the patties, and cook for about 6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Serve the burgers on buns topped with pepper jack cheese, lime mayoAmount½ cupIngredientmayonnaise, avocado slices, and corn chips.
