Pastelitos de soufflé de chocolate en olla de cocción lenta
La verdad es que estos pastelitos iban a ser volcanes de chocolate, pero por accidente (o por inspiración divina) no quedaron líquidos por dentro. En su lugar, tenemos estos pastelitos de textura ligera (de ahí el nombre «soufflé») y sabor intenso, que eran perfectos tal como estaban. Así que conservé este feliz accidente, les cambié el nombre y ahora también están aquí para que los disfrutes.
Ingredientes
