Piadina: pan plano italiano con jamón de Parma, mozzarella y pimiento a la parrilla

La piadina es un pan plano italiano que puedes rellenar en un momento con mozzarella, jamón de Parma, pimiento a la parrilla y rúcula fresca. Una comida sencilla pero sabrosa que puedes tener lista en la mesa en pocos minutos.
Ingredientes
- 2 piadine
- 1 ball mozzarella or burrata
- 4 slices Parma ham
- 1 grilled red pepper
- A handful of arugula
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Freshly ground pepper and fine sea salt
Preparación

1. Heat a frying pan without oil or butter over medium heat and warm both piadine for 2 minutes on each side.2. Slice the mozzarella into thin rounds and cover one half of the piadina with them. Scatter a handful of arugula on top. Lay 2 slices of Parma ham over the arugula. Cut the grilled pepper into thin strips and place on the ham. Sprinkle a tablespoon of grated Parmesan over the filling and finish with some freshly ground pepper and fine sea salt. Fold the piadina closed and cut it in half. Buon appetito!
