Preparación

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees, place a rimmed baking sheet in the oven to preheat with the oven. Do not remove until you are ready to put the chicken on the sheet. In a pie plate or shallow dish, beat eggs. In a large resealable bag, add flourAmount1/2 cupIngredientflour and salt; shake well until blended together. In a shallow dish combine the parmesan, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper.

    Place 1 chicken breastAmount4Ingredientchicken breasts, beat 1/4 inch thick with tenderizer in the flour mix and seal bag, shake well until chicken is fully coated, repeat with the other three. Take each chicken breast and dip them into the beaten eggs coating completely. From the eggs, drop chicken into bread crumbs and flip so both sides have an even coating. Set aside on a plate until all chicken breasts have been completed.

    Remove baking sheet from the oven; using a basting brush, spread the oil evenly on the sheet. Lay the chicken on the sheet. keeping them separated, and place in the oven. Bake until lightly browned, about 8-10 minutes. Flip chicken over and bake for another 5-6 minutes.
