Tacos de entraña con salsa de maíz a la brasa
Aunque nos encanta la carne, mentiríamos si dijéramos que es lo que más destaca de estos tacos. Lo que realmente sobresale es la salsa de verduras a la brasa, que aporta un delicioso sabor ligeramente ahumado. Son facilísimos de preparar y ni siquiera hace falta encender la parrilla.
Ingredientes

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, warm the remaining oil. Add the steaks and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned. Transfer to a plate, cover with foil, and let rest for 5 minutes.

Slice the steak into thin strips, cutting across the grain. Serve on a warmed tortilla topped with the prepared salsa.
