Salmón al sirope de arce y soja

Un sencillo adobo de sirope de arce y soja transforma el salmón en un favorito familiar agridulce. Listo en 15 minutos y aprobado por los niños, esta receta se gana un puesto permanente en tu menú semanal.
Ingredientes
- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 pound salmon fillets (cut into 4 even pieces)

In a large bowl or 8x8 inch baking dish, whisk together the soy sauce, maple syrup, and orange juice until combined.

Add the salmon fillets flesh side down into the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

When ready to cook, position an oven rack in the middle of the oven and preheat the broiler to high.

Remove the salmon from the marinade and place skin side down on a foil-lined baking sheet.

Broil for 7 to 9 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the glaze is caramelized. Watch closely to prevent burning.
