Pan de arroz con arroz cocido

El pan de arroz cocido es húmedo, tierno, esponjoso y ligeramente dulce, muy similar al pan de patata. Es sencillo y fácil de preparar, aunque la masa es un poco pegajosa.
Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 cups cold cooked rice
- 1/3 cup powdered milk
- 1 cup water
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter or vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3 cups plain flour
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed dry rosemary
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder.
