Quiche de espinacas sin base

Esta quiche de espinacas sin base es un plato de huevo sencillo y con queso, perfecto para el desayuno, el almuerzo o incluso una cena ligera. Tiernas espinacas, cebolla sofrita, huevos esponjosos y queso Muenster fundente se hornean juntos para formar una quiche rica y saciante sin necesidad de masa. Ingredientes

- 1 onion (medium, chopped)
- 1 package frozen spinach (10-ounce, chopped, thawed, drained, and squeezed dry)
- 5 eggs (large, beaten)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 3 cups Muenster cheese (shredded)

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened.

Stir in the spinach and cook until the excess moisture has evaporated.
