Pollo entero asado y frito con masala

Pollo entero marinado durante horas en una mezcla de especias aromáticas y posteriormente frito. Presenta un exterior dorado y crujiente con una carne tierna en su interior que te encantará.
Ingredientes

- 700g-1 kg whole chicken(skin removed)

- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 1/2-1 cup coconut milk(depending on how much gravy you want)
