Ingredientes
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 Tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 3 Tablespoons honey
- 1 Tablespoon canola oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 4 teaspoons minced fresh sage (1 1/2 tsp dried)
- 1 Tablespoon fresh thyme (1 tsp dried)
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 pork tenderloin (about 1 pound)
Preparación
- 1
Combine everything but the meat together. Mix well. Pour 3/4 cup of the marinade into a ziploc bag, add the pork. Squish around so all the pork is covered.
- 2
Marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours, up to 24 hours. Cover and save the remaining marinade to baste the meat while grilling.
- 3
Preheat grill to medium high heat. Coat the grill rack with oil. Place pork on grill and cook for 25-35 minutes, until a thermometer reads 145 degrees, basting with the reserved marinade.
- 4
Remove from the grill and cover for 5 minutes to let rest. Thinly slice to serve
