  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 Cups kale
  • 2 Cups arugula
  • 2 pears (ripe, cored and sliced)
  • 2 apples (Honeycrisp, cored and sliced)
  • 1/4 Cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 Cup almonds (sliced)
  • 1/2 Cup feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 3/4 Cup mayonnaise
  • 3 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 Teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (freshly cracked)
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
