Arroz aromatizado con jengibre

Este arroz va bien con cualquier tipo de plato principal de inspiración asiática. Es imprescindible usar jengibre fresco, pero si tienes prisa, probablemente puedas apañarte con 1 o 2 cucharaditas de jengibre en polvo.
Ingredientes

- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 1 Tablesoon butter or ghee
- 1 teaspoon coarse Kosher salt
