  • 1/2 cup gluten-free saltine cracker crumbs (or sub gluten-free matzah)
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 large egg (beaten)
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 3 cloves garlic (finely minced)
  • 3/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • San Marzano Tomato Sauce (or your favorite marinara sauce)

    Preheat: reheat the oven to 425 F degrees. Spray or brush a rimmed baking sheet with a neutral oil.

    Mix: In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except the sauce in a large bowl. Use your hands to gently combine the ingredients.
