Filetes de coliflor (a la parrilla o asados al horno)

Ingredientes
- 1 head cauliflower ( any color)
- 3 Tablespoons coconut oil (melted) (or other high-heat oil like avocado oil)
- kosher salt and pepper
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise (sub plain cashew yogurt or egg-free mayo for vegan)
- 2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon honey (sub coconut sugar for vegan)
- 1 clove garlic
- pinch kosher salt
- pinch black pepper
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Cut: Remove green leaves from cauliflower, leaving the core intact. Using a large knife, cut the heads into 3/4 to 1 inch thick steaks. Brush both sides of the steaks with oil, salt and pepper to preference.

Preheat grill to medium heat, roughly 400 degrees.

Grill: Place cauliflower steaks on the grill. Grill for 8 minutes per side until tender and charred.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Bake: Place cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet. Cook 8-10 minutes per side. When just tender, turn on the broiler and char the tops of the steaks.

Sauce: Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and whip until smooth. For a thinner dressing add 1 TBSP of warm water. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve cauliflower steaks on a platter and drizzle with curry sauce and garnish with raisins, almonds, and parsley.
