Un pollo empanado al estilo japonés increíblemente crujiente por fuera y tierno por dentro, perfecto para servir con salsa tonkatsu y arroz.

  • 2 large Chicken breasts (From 1 chicken)
  • 4 tbsp Flour
  • Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • Cooking oil

Preparación

    Slice chicken breasts from 1 chicken into 4 parts, cut in half and then cut lengthwise.

    Season both sides with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

    Mix all the dry seasoning except breadcrumbs until evenly distributed.
