Huevo a la mexicana

Receta de huevo a la mexicana, un plato clásico mexicano de desayuno preparado con huevos revueltos, tomate, cebolla y chile serrano. Se disfruta en todo el país.
Ingredientes
- 4 large eggs
- 2 small plum tomatoes (Roma)
- 1 serrano chile
- 1/4 white onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 sprig of cilantro
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup of refried beans
- 6 to tortilla chips
- 6 corn tortillas
Preparación

Chop the onion into 1/4 inch pieces.

Quarter the tomatoes and remove the seeds.

Chop the tomatoes into 1/4 inch pieces.

Finely chop the garlic.

Remove the stem, seeds, and veins for the serrano chile.
